25 minutes for bad food. I got off a 14 hour shift and stopped by to get dinner. Not a lot of options open after 11PM, but next time I’ll try and find ANYTHING else. I pulled into the drive thru and straight to the speaker, so the line wasn’t super backed up. It took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and take my order. I witnessed other customers get tired of waiting and leave from the other speaker during this time. Once I got to the window it took some clarifying to get them on the correct order. Once we were on the right order, I am handed a drink, it’s the right color as one I ordered, but a Large instead of a Medium. I’m thinking “They’re just giving everyone large, no big deal.” I am then handed my food, and two more drinks that I DID order. No idea who the first drink belongs to. Usually not one to complain about something “free”, but I didn’t want this drink at all, and I didn’t have enough cup holders to put it anywhere. Got home and the food was cold like it had been sitting longer than my remaining commute, and the McCrispy was burnt to a crispy. Called the store to speak with management and I was told by a manager “I guess you can leave feedback online.” It’s McDonald’s; I don’t usually expect a lot, but this is extra poor even by “bottom of the barrel fast food” standards.

Worst experience ever. We did a pick up order the manager basically threw our order in the car and it was cold. We tried to get her attention because she forgot our drinks and she just ignored us and kept walking. I then had to go inside and wait an additional 15 minutes just to get our drinks. Everyone was just basically standing around in there and gossiping. Won’t be going back for a while.

Extremely rude unhelpful staff. For the 3RD TIME in a row I drive to the 2nd drive thru lane, was completely ignored for 15 mins which probably would have been longer if I didn’t make a big fuss and honk. The rude girl at the window took the orders from 7 cars that came after me until I honked and yelled. Then, she completely ignored my complaints, i asked to see the manager who was polite but unhelpful. No reason whatsoever why this keeps happening. I decided not to order and went to burger king just 2 blocks away, no complaints at burger king. I just wanted just an apology or an explanation why this keeps happening. Never got any.

This is an amazing McDonald’s. My experience tonight was everything I could’ve asked for for a late night meal. My food was correct, they were friendly, and we got through the line very quickly. Whoever worked tonight deserves a raise!

Drive thru, barely audible, not the speaker system either. Had to draw a response from her. Should never be in contact with customer. Slow service and confused at the window. Might be new staff. Hope it gets better.

This McDonald’s location is pretty new. About a year old so it has the new feel and cleanliness to it. The workers were very quick. I wanted a breakfast biscuit sandwich and it was hot and fresh. And reasonably priced. I would definitely come back! I usually only come for breakfast because they nail the biscuit sandwiches but when it comes to burgers, it’s not quite there. Just feels like it’s lacking flavor. Still decent though.
