Made a mobile order but even though I paid for 3 frozen cokes, the machine broke after making 1… was given regular coke. And even though I used the mobile app, I still had to pull forward to wait on a hamburger… but the food was fresh and the order was correct except for the frozen coke issue….

The worst-managed McD’s I’ve seen. Looks new. Has all self-order kiosks, but the kiosks only offered a few items and none of the advertised deals. Lots of customers standing around waiting to order, but only one employee visible. He’d bring out food and run back to kitchen. We finally walked out because no one seemed available to take an order in person.

This has got to be one of the slowest Mc Donald’s I consistently visit (no others around). But doesn’t matter if they are slow or busy they are slow even when ordered through the app miles down the road. Most of the time food is may correct but fries not hot usually. Don’t get me wrong this resturant can be very busy but wait times can be drastically improved.

The person taking my order got it wrong, which happens, I tried again, still not right. Rather than try to correct all this, I asked if we could just start over again. The person became very argumentative about what my order was. After a second request to just wipe the slate clean and start over, I just drive off. I’m not sitting in my car arguing with anyone. We had a nice meal at Pizza Hut.

Placed a mobile order after 10 minutes of sitting in there, and being told they never received the order I looked over and my order was sitting in the corner. Cold food, will never be here again. How hard is it to get an order right and on time? Seems like management needs to do a better job

Tables were dirty. Ordered on app and asked for it to be brought to the table- it wasn’t. They gave my first order to someone else. Took 5 min for me to get someone’s attention to get that order fixed. Will never go back again.

I hope the owner is aware of the crew’s above and beyond performance. I travel much and know some businesses suffer from humans not wanting to work. Regardless, I was impressed with the manager on site keeping the place alive with her crew while meeting customer demand.
