We ordered online. The first to try it and the wait was 45mins. This being my first time and it being a big order it’s going to take some time, I thought (30-35mins at this point). I went to see what was going on. They mentioned they did receive an order but nothing was showing on their computer. Instead of coming out to the handful of sparking spaces and asking each vehicle if it was them they just flat out ignored it. We had to reorder inside. Another 2O minutes later I go back inside. Again, to see what in the world. Finally, our order was being sent to us. We leave, after 45mins of waiting and guess what?! Our order isn’t even correct! How is it possible their customer service is so poor even when they’re barely involved. Never ever again.

Always busy. So during peak times in morning and afternoon and evening don’t expect everything to be fast. There’s an average of about 5-10 minutes wait time for food. Best to get in between the peak times. Seats are hard. So sitting a while is a pain. Dollar menu or pick 2 for 3 or pick 2 for 5 is always nice alternative.
