Complete disappointed and disgusted. Quarter pounder was completely pink on the inside and my deluxe chicken sandwich had a couple shreds of lettuce. They had also forgotten the mcchicken we ordered and if it wasn’t for my husband checking the bag at the drive thru, it would of been forgotten. I tried calling and no one is answering. Really terrible experience.

The drive-through menu board was broken so I had to drive around the restaurant before they actually answered. I had to repeat my 2nd item 4 times before she got it.The food was all cold. It felt like the cheese just came out of the refrigerator. The French fries were cold and soggy and they were the 1st thing I grabbed out of my bag. Not even a single I’m sorry that you had to wait or I’m sorry the menu board is broken…. just “the menu boards broken” Well then maybe you should look out the window and make sure no one’s sitting by it! Worst experience at McDonald’s ever!

I went to go get a shamrock shake ☘️ from mcd, but I didn’t want to drive to the 204th one so I settles with the one off center st. Worst mistake of my life❌. I was appalled with the service. As you can see my shammy looks radioactive green and was almost inedible. It was like drinking mouth wash . So I went back through and asked the lady nicely for another one bc it was too minty . She responds because it is supposed to be, and I just asked her to remake it politely and she said sorry I don’t make it the machine does. And sent me on my way

My brother and I ordered chicken nuggets and a kids meal. Ordering at the machine was fine until we pulled up to get our food. We sat waiting for about 7 minutes and no one said a word to us. It’s usually just a grab and go but we sat in the car, even when was saw people inside working in the building no one gave us our food. One worker was even on her phone talking to some one. When someone finally came to the window, they didn’t say a work to us, not a “sorry for the wait” not even a good evening. They just gave us our food and we drove off. This was the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had, it’s never been like this but it was absolutely not okay.

Well evidently in order to get fresh fries you have to beg for them and then after you wait for them they pour a ton of salt on them. It’s not that hard people… we want fresh food when we come through the drive-thru, so make it happen. I’m very dissatisfied with the service that I received this evening.

It was a great lunch not greasy or too much salt every time I eat at McDonald’s in Fremont Nebraska I always have to wait in line in drive thru or have to pull up when I am the only one there plus this food wasn’t so greasy that grease ran off the burger when you picked it up and the fries were perfect and hot not like my home town McDonald’s that I have to wait but the fires are to salty and cold and the burgers are greasy when you pick them up you could catch the grease running out but this McDonald’s was awesome very clean nice workers and they actually help you instead of it being a burden to them so I give this McDonald’s a 100% out of 100. Thank you again to all the workers who care about their customers and makes it a great eating resteraunt.
