My husband and I decided to get a quick bite after working all day. I gave them my rewards code for my discounts. Well, needless to say we had to wait, which is normal. I didn’t mind it. When we got to the window, my order doubled in price. I asked about my discounts, the girl told me that my code didn’t go through. Okay you would think with the wait the least this cashier could have done was ask me for another code. She wasn’t trying to hear it. She blew me off and had attitude behind it. My husband would have pulled over in the reserved parking areas and waited for our food to come out because they were busy. I get that we all have bad days. But, just because someone or something rained on your parade, you can’t go around taking it out on other people. I am a manager in fast food and if it wasn’t for the customer, nice or disgruntled, we would be without work. I try hard to ensure that when people come to our store, they get the customer service that’s expected so they come back. I’m far from perfect, but I know how to show some respect. The food was good, the service needs a little bit of attention.

We were very disappointed with the service when we dined in. It took over 15 minutes to get our food. Our granddaughter told me “this isn’t fast food, it is slow food”. When we did get our order, my granddaughters hamburger was wrong. They replaced it, but I never heard “sorry” or anything else. It sounded like there was some tension in the cooking area. Will not dine in at this Mc Donald’s again.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing, from what Google maps say, the lights were on, and drive-thru sign was still on. Some lady gets on the intercom with an attitude telling me she’s closed. This McDonald’s is one of the worse I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s one of the only fast foods in town. Not the first time they showed all signs of being open but apparently decided to close early

Drive thru was packed with at least 10 vehicles. We got through in decent amount of time and our stuff was ready. The lady was very friendly and had a smile. Very impressed. This is one of the few times it was not high school kids, also. Unusual.

Went in to order lunch, the smell inside by the restroom area and down the hall is horrendous. I needed to wash my hands, and I could hardly take the smell. Went to order food, but just couldn’t, I had lost my appetite. The smell was sewer gas, this can’t be good for the employee’s. Should be fixed for their safety.

I order 2 filet of fish sandwiches. The girl at the window was very rude After the girl yelled at the supervisor complaining she then walks over to her coat gets her phone out and checks the time andagain yells at the boss. After all that I get my sandwiches one on top in the sack was fine the other one under that had something that didn’t even look like tartar sauce. I called to talk to manager and I’m sure the girl working the window answered and said she was the manager. I explained what was going on and she reply that’s too bad and nothing else.
