They messed up our burgers and forgot to put our fries in the bag. Got that rectified and went home. Then noticed the iced caramel macchiato I ordered didn’t even have coffee in it. Just milk and caramel sauce.

This is my first review I’ve ever left, but I feel like I needed to for this one. We were coming through town headed home after being on vacation and stopped in. We tried to order breakfast but they had just switched to lunch which was completely fine. The staff apologized again and again, they all had a smile on their face and were very friendly and nice. They all seemed like they cared about their job and they cared about their customers. When we left, we said that was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE we’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The staff couldn’t have been any more friendly and kind. Y’all keep doing what you’re doing!

Ordered 15 minutes before I got there. Clicked arrived 5 minutes before arrival, then waited over 15 minutes including time while inside waiting for food. Listening to them try to figure out how to get cakes ready for many orders. After this whole time and before I finally decidytoncancel the order, they told manager the cakes are still frozen. All my other food had been ready just sitting there.

Terribly slow getting food. I will admit they were busy, but that was added to because of the service. They had staff just not sharp. Clerk brought out food looking for number on table, and when asked what # said ours, that was sitting on the table.. Another they called the ticket number not the table number. Why have both?

Food took forever to get because they only care about drive thru and I went inside. Employees roll their eyes when you go inside to order. Bathrooms are locked so you can’t even use them. Why even unlock the doors if you don’t want people inside the restaurant.
