I really try and understand everyone in the service industry but the guy that took our order was rude and short with us. When we got our drinks she gave us a coke when we ordered a Diet Coke, but instead of fixing it she said “yeah it is diet I just forgot to mark it” well it wasn’t so then I had to go in and fix it which has become a standard across all McDonald’s….

Food was great, hot fresh fries and everything, no complaints there! The problem was the inside lobby was closed (without a sign being posted) and I had a toddler that is a messy eater, so I didn’t really want to let her eat in her carseat (we live almost 2 hrs away), and on top of that she needed her diaper changed so we truly needed too go inside.

Go Big Red!
Went through drive through ordered pancake and sausage for grandson and other things. Drove to my home 23 miles away no syrup called them 11:15 they said call back in half a hour, this is the time they get busy. Don’t make since the last 4 times I have been there they screwed my order up. I know good help is hard to find but the idiots there need to do a better job. They need to give you what you ordered not what ever they want to give you. Good luck in future

Went through the drive through ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders with 2 large fries and 2 large doctor peppers the lady taking our order couldn’t figure it out. We got one medium and one large. Looked I. The bag and saw that one only of the burgers had bacon. Went back in to get it fixed walk out and it was still wrong had to go back for a 3rd time. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I order the same thing and it had no bacon called and said they would send me 2 free meals coupon in the mail never received it. Done doing here.

Tried to get a shamrock shake. “Shake Machine is broken”, of course. Shamrock shake was slightly watery, they said, and then refused to give it to me. Very disappointed in this McDonald’s. I have never gotten a hot hamburger here either; it always ends up cold.

My sister and I come in whenever we’re in Kearney and on that side of town, and I haven’t had an issue yet. I usually go on “off times”, when it’s not the mealtime rushes, and I’ve always been served very quickly. A few minutes after I place my order, my food is handed to me!
