I’m definitely NOT going to be returning to this location! I arrive at the drive thru machine the girl kept cutting me off and was just completely rude like don’t work in customer service if you’re gonna have a nasty attitude! Then at the second window there was a different girl she didn’t say hello or anything just looked like she didn’t want to be there either .. when I opened up my bag at home I received cold fries a nasty dry sandwich and for my drink I asked for Sprite .. either the flavoring ran out or they gave me straight soda ! Just don’t go to this location unless you wanna write a bad experience review like the rest of us !

Not only was the ice cream machine working later at night, but the service was exceptional. It was a rough week and we wanted milk shakes so we went one other place first where we were told it was not working(you’ve come to expect that anymore). Went through drive thru and asked for salt for my fries and the managers “or so she advised” attitude was rude. She barbarically replied “how much salt y’all want on there!!!”. No one wants unseasoned potatoes. Not a sprinkle was on there. I’m sorry you have to do extra work by handing me a 10 cent salt pack. 8:55pm 7/29/2023. Your attitude is very nasty and you should probably think about a career change. Customer service is not your strong suit.

There are backed up in the drive through and so that’s why I had to come inside which was a mistake because of her attitude problems.
