We stopped here for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It was made hot and fresh to order and ready in under 5 minutes. We recieved prompt and courteous service. The bathrooms were well stocked. The restaurant was very clean!

Unpleasant, unprofessional, unethical employees. Didn’t get the order right was slightly helpful on correcting the order. Walked to the counter said excuse me twice then hello for a refill. The guy in the yellow shirt started laughing. Then I said excuse me where is your manager. Ignored. Said excuse me again. Asked where manager was again still laughing. Complete ignorance and disrespectful. Didn’t want to take our order kiosk is messed up. No one else was in there. I guess it was because of my color they didn’t want to wait on a paying customer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service and experience.

3/21/22 I stopped off for an egg McMuffin. I used curb pick up. That sandwich was to my truck within two minutes of ordering. Amazing. I have ordered curb side at several McDonalds in the region and that was the fastest by far. The previous one took 23 minutes and I had to go to the window and ask. And they included two small plastic containers of jam. I have ordered that same sandwich maybe 10 times in the last 5 weeks at different locations and never got any jam put in the bag. Now if they could learn to put a little salt and pepper with the jam, they would be perfect. I was very impressed.

Oh my God…I came here at first to change my daughter’s diaper, only to find the men’s changing station covered in baby poop! That should have been enough to have me turn and walk out, but the young lady who took my order gave me two cokes and never informed me this location doesn’t have self-serve fountain drinks (I simply requested “fountain drinks” with my meals and was never corrected)

There were only two cars in line me n the other somehow they give the other car my food then tried to sell it to me after they took it back from her oh, no ma I’ll take a refund …then to say it’s only two cars in the line I ordered at 931pm I didn’t get my refund til 10pm

More than 30 minutes after the restaurant is supposed to be open and nothing. There is an employee just standing in the drive thru window not doing anything. 17 cars have tried to order with no luck. This location is absolute garbage.

Came in to use the restroom and get a snack before heading to our hotel. Used the restroom, took 10 minutes on the kiosk ordering, and it didn’t give me a receipt. No worker was visible or spoke to us the whole time. My husband leaned over the counter to call for a worker, no answer. They are all around the corner laughing like they are being tickled. My husband then taps in the counter to attract some attention, no response. He walks around the back of the counter to ask if they received our order just to be sure. He sees all the employees sitting on the counters talking and carrying on. The “manager” waved his finger at him to tell him to get to the other side of the counter, so not responding to my husband’s inquiry if they got our order. “Manager” does it again to signify that he’s on the wrong side of the counter. My husband asks if he can please let us know if they received the order. The “manager” holds his hands up and says… “you can stand right here and look at the screen and see your order. ” He really made us feel stupid. He asked if we would do that at Chick-fil-A… ( probably not because they are always asking their customers if they need any help) Honestly though, we don’t go to Chick-fil-A but maybe once every couple years.
