3rd Mc Donald’s in a row back to back today that has a broken ice cream machine. I think someone needs to come up with and ice cream machine that will hold up to the needs of a restaurant! Or maybe they could train some of their folks in how to clean it(another excuse they gave me) or maybe the u need to hire new managers that do not allow lazy employees to use excuses and throw away a lot of potential sales because they don’t feel like making ice cream. Or even better just take it off the menu if you are never going t I have it. I mean, there’s Really No excuse for 3 in a row to have the same problem and one even said it was being cleaned and then said it was broken when I said I have plenty time and will wait.

McDonald’s should improve its service when it comes to ordering through the app and requesting food to be delivered to your table. It is disappointing that despite requesting table service, my order was left at the counter after a 13-minute wait. I suggest notifying the corporate office to consider removing this option if it cannot be adequately provided.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I sat at the window for another 10 minutes waiting for my food. I’m not sure if the workers aren’t supervised or if management isn’t putting enough workers on the schedule.

Waiting in double drive thru while three cars completed their orders in other lane and received wrong order through the drive thru due to employees playing on their phone. Inside is often closed, not open as advertised. I live locally, so this is not an isolated occurrence.
