The food is pretty much always good. Besides the fact that they seem to get bigger orders wrong a lot, and the ice cream machine for shakes and ice cream is never working! Also, the lines are always very long during lunch and dinner hours, but they do keep the lines moving pretty quickly. Lastly, a lot of the workers often have bad attitudes.

At this McDonald’s we experienced the worst service we have ever had. We arrive too order to dine in. We stood at the counter for several minutes and no one even bothered to take our order. I tried getting someone’s attention only to have someone respond to be very rudely saying this register is closed. I asked is there someone that could take my order and they walked away. Through another customer they told me that I would need to use the Kiox. Never have I used one before they would not help. I finally placed my order and on the screen it asked to enter my table number for what purpose as you will see. My order was ready and the manager came half way from behind the counter to where me and my family were sitting to call out that my order was ready. I thought he was going to bring it out to us as we are custom to at other McDonald’s. He never brought it so I got up and asked why he did not bring our order and his response very rude was I don’t have anyone at the time to take the order. I told him “you walked have way and then walked back behind the counter and just stood there. One of the girls working there said to me that they don’t have anyone to take the food to the table and I asked her why she couldn’t do it if she had been just standing there doing nothing but talking to other employees. The manager then told her to go back to her window and not argue with me. In the first place no one was arguing but they could of displaced more courtesy, politeness, or even just listening before opening there mouths and make themselves look and sound very unprofessional. They should not be allowed to work in a restaurant with that type of attitude. I believe the managers name was Brandon and this happened around 7 pm this day. This hole thing could of been avoided if they would of had the courtesy of saying to me that the counter was closed.

Ordered mcdonalds on doordash from this location. They put the drink in the bag and just set the lid on top without closing it. When I tasted the drink, it tasted like it needed to be replaced. It was just off. Disgusting. Then I noticed that the drink had gotten all over the inner and the outer bag. The inner bag with the food in it was soaked through and the bottom had a gaping hole in it. It ruined the bottom container of the burger we got. Absolutely atrocious. At least our dasher was great.

Horrible! I pulled up to drive thru at 920 pm. At 9:40 pm the young worker says come to the second window and I will take your order. At 9:50 pm I am still behind 3 cars who are also waiting to order. I drove off and went to the Sonic drive in. Sonic was about to close but I ordered and received my food within 15 minutes. Kudos to Sonic! ALL of the McDonald’s evening shift workers are NOT getting the job done!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:40, at least 1 worker was sitting out in car on a Monday night, I was told to pull up to the first window to give my order. Then the worker yelled me that they are only serving nuggets and fries. I asked what time they close and she informs me that they close at 12:00 and they already put up all the meat and stuff. Really???

Not sure how the food was no one ever took my order. They advertise opening at 4:30 but I waited till 4:45 and no one ever took my order. Was excited because most McDonald’s open at 5, but I have to be at work at 5 so I figured i could grab something abd still make it to work. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else open early.

I stopped by this morning for breakfast. I stayed at the speaker for 5 minutes with no greeting. As I drove around to leave, there’s a worker just standing at the counter. WTH. Be lazy on your own time. Meanwhile, there are people trying to get breakfast before they go to work. Do the job you’re getting paid for.
