I pulled up at the outer drive through order speaker. The guy started to take my order, got through the first couple of items and said he didn’t know how to do that and to hang on. I waited and no one came back. So I drove around the building and went to the other speaker where they took my order. I got my food and checked that the major items were there and then headed back to where we were staying.

Around 1:30 AM on the the 27th we sat in the drive through for 15 minutes after first being asked if we placed a mobile order. No one ever answered us or took our order. Supervisor needs to fix this issue it seems to be a problem at all the local McDonald’s.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I politely asked what looked like a manager to take our order after standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes and she looked me dead in my face and just turned the other way and does something else like she didn’t hear me. Finally someone came to take our order and she really didn’t know what was going on in general. She takes our order then needs a manger for something, I still don’t know for what, the same manger that ignored me. At this point I walked out. We won’t be back, I will drive to denham to get McDonald.
