Been through the drive through twice now over a few different weeks. Slow slow slow. They make you park in Spot #1 or #2 BUT there are usually 4-5 people in that spot. Expect to wait 15 mins for your food. Basic single person food orders.

Terrible service. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 cups of coffee and 2 cookies. 2 other customers walked out in frustration without their order. Manager was completely unorganized and clueless. Was 8:30 at night so not a busy time but chaotic and very poorly managed. When I received my order I was missing a cup of coffee. I just asked for my money back instead of waiting. Go to Chik-Fil-A!!!!! Service is so much better!

Took around 15-20 minutes to get our order taken at the drive thru. We tried to leave but were boxed in so we had to suffer and wait in the line. Once we finally had our order taken, we were told to pull up. But after we made it to the window we were informed that our order was never taken and there’s no way I could’ve spoken to anyone through the drive thru because it was broken. I tried to order again, but they told me they were sold out and couldn’t help me because a lady at the speaker box ordered 20 burgers. Unless you love abuse, stay away from this location.

My last visit was not so great. The staff was nice, that wasn’t a problem. Had made an online order, went thru drive thru to pick it up and ended up still waiting at least 20 minutes for my order, which was missing an item. I was already late for where I was supposed to be that I didn’t bother telling them that I got my nugget sauce but no nuggets. I was kind of disgusted. Valuzzos, I don’t know what’s going on with your store’s service, but it’s starting to suck. I have had several others tell me they have gone to this store and waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes before they got their orders. This use to be a great store.

Manager who drives the Black Lincoln MK-Z was putting her (ungloved) hands in people’s food, eating out of people’s orders, taking boxes of product to her car (eating out of those boxes too), giving people dirty looks at the front register, refusing to take people’s orders, if it wasn’t for the dude in the back who ran up and took my wife’s order I’d be complaining on the 1-800 # instead of just on here.
