I ordered a senior coffee, mostly because I need them to put the creamers and Splenda in it. I have some arthritis so it is hard for me to open those little packets. When I got to the window they tried to give me the packets with my coffee. I explained that I needed them to do it and the worker turned to another person like she didn’t know what to do. The other woman sneered and said, “Oh, she’s putting her own stuff in!” She then took the packets from her and put them in a brown paper bag and tried to hand them to me. I explained once more that they needed to do it. Then she told me to pull over, made me wait 15 minutes, and brought me the coffee with an ugly look on her face. I took off, then tasted the coffee, it was undrinkable. If I hadn’t been on a long trip and wouldn’t have had to get my riding buggy out and assemble it to go inside, (because of mobility issues), I would have gone back and demanded my money back. Instead, I poured the coffee out. But I ‘ll never stop there again.

Waited in line for 20 min and the chick was mad we asked for more sauce she said “you have enough sauce for the amount of nuggets you have” , I told her we’d pay for more sauce and she just gave us an attitude about it. 1) That sauce ain’t coming out of your paycheck. 2) I had no problem paying for it.

This store used to be awesome. Now except for like 2 amazing people at the location, it’s absolite trash. Horrible customer service. Store isn’t kept up. How hires these people. If you don’t wanna work in the service industry work somewhere else. Also, stop hiring the absolute worst employees. Take one look at half these people and you don’t wanna order food from here.

The best McDonald’s I have been to. We came in with a group of 16 plus people ordering individually and they had our food out so quickly and with a smile. I have never been served so quickly even when just ordering by myself! Very impressed!! The restaurant was clean and spacious. I recommend this McDonald’s 100%!

By 9 am on a Sunday morning, every surface in the dining area was dirty. Every table has junk on it and the fountain drink area was a mess. There was no one in the dining room and it still took a really long time to get our done in mobile order. They should try to balance the drive through and the dining room customers.

The worst place! Had to order my food on the kiosk which wasn’t a problem cause I don’t mind but then it didn’t give me a receipt. Waited over 20 mins and finally asked then where my food was. They asked what I had I told them and the proceeded to give me the the wrong order after I just explained to them what I had. So then went back up there and they asked for a receipt I said I don’t have one cause the kiosk didn’t give me one and they made a big deal of it. I spent 20$ to get the wrong order and to spend forever in there waiting. Ridiculous, I will not be going back!
