Went inside to order. No customers were present. Not busy at all. Walked up to counter and was ignored. Asked if I could order and was yelled at from across the kitchen that I had to use kiosk. I said I would prefer to order at counter and was told I HAD to use kiosk. Asked again if I could order and was ignored. I left. Work in area but will never go here again.

Tried to order at the counter but was directed to the self order screen even though the register was open and there was no line. Ordered four burgers and a shake. Sat down and placed the number at the edge of the table. They yelled my number a few minutes later. I held up the number and then she yelled that she won’t come out to the table, so I had to go up to the counter. I got my burgers and asked for my shake at which time she told me that the shake machine was broken. She never apologized or even let me know this until I asked where my shake was. Then I had to ask for the refund. The lady with the green hair who told me her name was John has horrible customer service.
