The remodel is terrible the seats and decor are a big step back from the previous nice looking decor. Seating is small and the styling is child like and looks very cheaply done. It’s is unfortunate as this is a nice location with great potential. Hard to believe Management would waste is money on this remodel. When we came the burger grill.was broken so only friend products were available. Service and menu consistency and food quality is also lacking.

Do not go to this location…pulled up to one of the drive thrus and was first to the speaker…couldn’t understand what the employee said over the speaker so I placed my order for 1 item…swe the other car have their order taken…then anothet…then another and then a 4th…I mumble oh cmon, what the hell…and the woman says, I cans till here you and states you can place your order now…I replied, I did 4 cars ago…and she said back…well I asked you to wait a moment….so I guess she got offended that I couldn’t understand what she said after welcome to McDonald’s…I drove off.

Breakfast drive-thru at 08:00. 4 cars in line ahead of me, and it took over 9 minutes to reach the order speaker. After that, the payment and pick-up was quick, and the service was friendly. The Bacon on my McGriddle was undercooked, but everything else tasted great. The coffee was very good, as usual.

This location has gone down considerably! Just waited at drive thru mic for 10 minutes and no answer. Drove past BOTH windows and no one was there. Passed in front to see if it was open only to find that staff were just chatting it up at the front. A manager was present. How can this establishment be profitable. 3 cars left the line. I’d rather drive our of the way to go to the location at Perkins Rowe although they rarely salt their fries.
