Worst experience ever. Went to pick up an order last night. Hell brakes loose between the staff. A teenage customer recorded the incident, most likely for social media. Production of completing orders came to a hault with customers in the front, drive thru long, I had abandoned the order. The staff went to the back and were no longer available. I don’t eat McDonald’s. But helping someone else. Complete waste of time. Don’t come here. It’s more misses than hits. Needs to be reported to Corperate just for wasting my time. Unprofessional staff. Young men (employees) flirting with a cheer squad instead of getting stuff done.

McDonalds was one of the most reveered fast food chairs in America, and still has many locations across the world that still pride its franchise on the vision, to be customers favorite place to eat and drink. However, this McDonald’s chain has proven time and time again that it is counterproductive and inadequate to the food standards set by the organization. This is a reflection of poor management, inexperienced, and under qualified staff. Laziness has become the standard and is more socially acceptable as we transition from human interaction to technology. The employees have no self pride and lack customer service skills needed to foster an essential work environment. Management does not effectively manage resources, which can be proven by the lack of primary signature food/ drink items listed on the menu. The equipment (ice cream machine, smoothie machine, etc.)is never functional. In addition, store fronts in many locations are unsanitary and dilapidated.

Do not come here for breakfast. You’ll sit in the drivethu for 30 min and they lock the lobby access. I’ve never had to wait so long. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I do Doordash and waiting for long periods cuts into my money. Most incompetent store I’ve ever been too and least helpful employees. While I waited for half an hour to get my order I watched them turn older people away because they didn’t know how to use the kiosk and didn’t want to take their order at the counter.

First issue, is they seem to have some sort of miscommunication about Large Drinks coming with large meals. I don’t usually say anything, but today I asked for it to be corrected. She asked to see my receipt no problem, for some reason it says on the receipt that the meal is large, but the drink is medium, ok again no problem, I’ll just pay for a large drink, and they STILL wanted to argue and make it an issue, and continued when I asked for a refund, I had to be curt to even get that. Hire some literate adults please.

This location is awful. Super slow, terrible service, rude employees and sloppy food and they almost always forget something simple like sauses, napkins or straws and if you ask for it when you check the bag you can expect a big eye roll, a huff or some kind gesture to let you know they are annoyed

This is the absolute worst location (4979 Jones Creek) in Baton Rouge. There is ALWAYS a line wrapped around the building. The workers ALWAYS look unpleasant and unkept (dirty nails, scratching in head, etc) and the customer service is ALWAYS terrible. If you want a Big Mac THAT bad, I would suggest bypassing this location and trying your luck elsewhere.
