They made me pull into Stall 3 despite only having 2 cars in the window and like 8 people in the kitchen. Then gave me cold fries that were barely salted along with a tea that was unsweetened when I ordered sweet tea. They turned their shake machine off even though they didn’t close for another entire 2 hours. How do you have 8 staff but can’t give me a shake, yet have the audacity to still serve me cold fries?? Took 25 minutes to get a fish sandwich. So I talked to the manager and it turns out they have to go to a pond out back, catch the fish, dispatch it, clean it, bread it, freeze it and then fry it. So when all that’s considered, 25 minutes ain’t bad.

My daughter ordered the $3 bundle. It took them nearly 30 minutes, if not more, to provide the order. They had us pull into a parking slot to wait on food. That was truly unbelievable!

Orders always messed up, sit in drive thru for over 15 minutes, just to be told at 10 pm they are closed Night manager rude!!!!! Go to another one if you want good service!!!!!

This young lady had a very nasty attitude idk if she was the manger or not but the employee at the cash register called someone name tori to the front and she acted so snotty and was very rude if I can give no star I will because it was the worst experience I ever had at any McDonald’s in history.

I seriously don’t like to leave a bad review, but this particular visit just irritated me that I had to! I drove up to the drive-thru window at exactly 5:04 p.m., per my receipt, and simply ordered one simple item, a large Carmel McCafe Frappe, easy right! Well, I was told by the girl at the window to please park in space #2, and I responded by saying, “Just for my frappe.” She then said yes because “they had to re-do it!” Ok, so I pull forward and park in space #2, and I watch as 6, not 5, not 4, but 6 cars and 10 minutes go by, and I still have no frappe! I then proceeded to get out of my truck and walk inside the restaurant, as I walked up to the empty counter, with no customers or even an employee, and yet waited again for someone to help me, now some 12 minutes into this ordeal when here walks up a young lady with my drink in hand and simply hands it to me, no apology, no nothing!
