I really hate giving bad reviews, but dear lord!! This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. It was my first few hours of being in Louisiana for the first time and I had been up since 3AM. Made a quick stop here before going to the hotel and ended up being given raw beef along with super soggy uncooked fries. I was so hungry that I didn’t realize the beef was raw until I was almost finished the burger. Highly recommend NOT going to this location.

Trey’s Entrees
The specialty burger I wanted could not be ordered, because it was being discontinued. So they had no sauce. I ordered it and added lettuce tomatoes and pickles. It was fresh, and so were the fries which could have used a little more salt. The meat patty was very good, piping hot, and melted cheese, the bacon was crispy and good. Mmmm

Not only their food was fresh they were so helpful. While I stopped there, my car’s engine turned off, I recognized my battery was dead. The manager was very helpful and gentle. He tried to help me by providing jump cable and offer free lunch to other customers to help me. I would like to thank him a lot and wish him and his team the best.

The only thing accurate was the fries.. A hot and spicy doesnt come with ketchup or cheese unless requested and it wasnt.. The McDouble made us say double NO! The sandwiches were made so sloppy you would swear a kid made the sandwich.. unfortunately, they might even do a better job..

Have come to this location multiple times because it it’s the closest to me and every single time I’ve gone my order has been wrong. Even if it’s as simple as asking for there $5 meal of they day, they still manage to screw that up. I will now continue to drive the extra miles to go to a different location I’m fed up with fast food service in this area it is so bad they really should work on their management staff and their staff requirements before hiring. I stopped in at 10:30 in the morning for two sausage egg McMuffin‘s. I had to wait for just a few minutes to get them but when they arrive to my vehicle they were absolutely delicious. The muffins were soft yet crunchy, the egg was cooked perfectly through and through, and the sausage patties were delightful. I wish that McDonald’s had breakfast 24 hours a day as Egg McMuffin‘s are my favorite menu item that they have.

Employee’s probably just having one of those days. Couldn’t hear through the speaker in the drive through, no condiments included that we’re requested at the window, also, fries were old(cold & hard).
