Only giving one star because there isn’t an option for none. I ordered breakfast through the app before 10.30 to make sure I would be able to get it. I live a ways out of town. When I pulled up my order for six people was cancelled. I went in to figure out why and the manager said I had to be in the parking lot before 10.30 and when I asked another question she said “I don’t know” and just walked off. I don’t expect much out of McDonald’s being what it is but some level of customer service has to be expected. I wasted 40 minutes of driving and came home to four kids with no breakfast.

I was told even with tha sign still posted on tha store window that they no longer have tha buy a big Mac n get one for a dollar. Also that tha adult happy meal was no longer available, tha pic of it on order board. I was not asked what size ff n drink with my meal, no napkins,nor catsup n bag, ff where so salted I couldn’t eat them my whole meal was ruined n I spent $35 for a family treat meal that basically went n trash. Thanks Minden Louisiana McDonald’s we will not go back there, very rude employees. I’m a very unhappy customer. I know how service should b as I was an assistant Manger n 2003. Horrible service
