Everything about this place is so not worth the visit, on yesterday I ordered 4 chocolate chip cookies and 2 fish combos, get to the window after paying the girl is always rude, following the manager and the front staff. They left off the cookies because the forgot to charge us then made us drive back around to get 4 cookies that we wasn’t given only to wait another 10 mins to receive the order and let’s not mention how we were the only cars in drive thru after that 1 vehicle left and no one was inside. This has happened to me when I moved back to this area last year so I remembered if they don’t value their jobs why should I because whether I’m working at McDonald’s or General Motors everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

I called to this location prior to placing my order on the app to see if I’ll still get my breakfast if I got there a little past 10:30. She confirmed so I went ahead and placed the order on the app to secure it.. I arrive and they immediately told me they stopped selling breakfast altho I called prior to make sure they can have it ready or not before I place my order. If they told me no on the phone I wouldn’t secure the order on app. Whoever was in the window who I may believe is the manager was extremely rude to me. I understand what she was saying but I also told her I called BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER ASKING IF ILL STILL GET MY BREAKFAST IF I WAS A FEW MINUTES LATE! She dismissed what I said and mention a refund. I then ask will it be cash back? Or back to my bank. She said cash.. I said ok.. since it’s cash back can I just go ahead and place a new order. She then proceeds to raise her voice and roll her eyes saying she canceled my order and it’ll be back on my bank card not cash! After telling me she’s refunding me cash. I then check my app and it still has not been canceled nor refunded. It’s still in the process of me picking up my order on app.. this lady extremely rude. Has not refund my money. I highly recommend you don’t go here unless you are okay with horrible customer service

Terrible service. They did not listen and messed up the order. It was sent back to be fixed, they gave the food back ,and still messed up the order even with receipt in hand. The lady at the window giving us our food was very polite and very understanding.

I encountered an issue when I got to the window and received someone else’s order. Then she asked me what did I have so I handed her my receipt. They fixed it. I double checked my order, I was missing 2 hash browns. I let them know, they told me they gave me 1. I said I had 3 total. She tells me she didn’t see 3 on my receipt, handed me 1 hash brown out the window without at bag. She tells me I wasn’t charged for it. Going back and forth with her about my order. She gets frustrated, so she gives me another hash brown to end the conflict. I then asked can I have my receipt back. She had to find it but I end up getting it back while holding up the drive thru. In my opinion, there’s no way I had to plead my case like that for something that I paid for.

Stopped by at 10:45pm. Waited at speaker to order, no response. Pulled up to window. Saw a lady in office with money drawer, but didnt see another employee anywhere. Tried calling, no answer. Guess they close whenever they want. This has happened 2x in the past week. Maybe they having employee issues! Normally, employees are very friendly.

Horrible place- had no customers and we waited forever at the order menu- we finally started to drive up and someone started to talk but we couldn’t slam on our brakes and back up bc someone behind us- at the window they refused to take our order bc we didn’t “wait” after waiting forever?!?! The manager lady started screaming that we drove off when “she started to talk” lol- yeah ok- we waited FOREVER- with no other cars in line- They said we HAD to come in even though we only want a drink- LOST OUR BUSINESS. FOR GOOD.

They served my double filet o fish I love, where my hometown, longview tx wont do it, even though its on the app. Also, my kid’s extra pickles were actually EXTRA! Ppl were friendly and professional also. The 1 on mlk blvd needs to take a lesson from here. Rare at a micky d’s. Had 2 rate them! Very pleased!
