The rudest employees at any fast food I’ve ever encountered. This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever taken my child to. One of the employees went off on my 16 year old because the employee thought my daughter was taking pictures of her when she was just taking a selfie to send to a friend letting her know she was picking up food, the lady was not in the picture what so ever the drive thru window was even closed when the picture was taken so I’m not sure why she thought she was in the picture. Ridiculous!

I purchased an order of Hot Cakes with 2 egg biscuits and a Big Breakfast that also came with Hot cakes. The staff provided 2 syrups total, 1 for each order of Hot Cakes. For as long as I can remember, McDonald’s has always provided 2 syrups for every order of Hot Cakes. When I asked for another syrup they advised that the cost was $.28, which I didn’t have in change and did not want to charge on my card. I requested a refund for my order, which was the breakfast combo. They provided the refund, which surprised me because normally they would provide the syrup with a reminder for the next visit. I was disappointed that they would rather lose a sale than just provide the extra syrup for my order. It wasn’t the best customer interaction and I wanted more feedback around when this particular condiment policy changed.

I just had the greatest experience with this night crew! They were so incredibly helpful, all of them from the manager all the way to the cook! They went above and beyond to help me out and I’ve never ever had that happen at any McDonalds but I really hope that crew knows how appreciative I am!

Just left the drive through. (1) I could not understand anything the employee was saying & it was not because of the mic. (2) Instead of telling me my total cost, was told “Nevermind, you can see it on the screen.” (3) After pulling up to the window to pay, was not acknowledged in anyway as employee stacked Happy Meal boxes.
