As a customer, I have noticed that the drive-through experience at this particular fast food restaurant can be frustrating due to long wait times and backed up lines. Recently, I have experienced delays of up to 10 minutes for even small orders. Additionally, the staff member taking orders through the speaker system seemed disinterested and unengaged.

This is not the easiest McDonald’s to get and out of, being on Jackson St. But, I recommend this location for the food quality and the customer service. It is very refreshing to trade with someone who not only enjoys their job but enjoys helping their customers. This location has that passion for quality food and upscale customer service. McDonald’s fries are the pennacle of American fast food cuisine and they are a constant in my household. This McDonald’s does it right!

Service was extremely slow. Employees could be heard openly arguing and the Playland room was a filthy mess. Half the drinks at the drink station were not working as in out of syrup. Items ordered left out of bag, no apples in happy meal, and quarter pounder was dripping grease.
