My iced vanilla coffee was good as I took the first sip. It seemed all right but as I swallowed my coffee, all I tasted was mustard. Do not recommend this location as least for coffee. I would rather drive to Monticello even Little Rock for a decent cup than go here again. Period.

I ordered through the mobile app and had my daughter pick up the order. Well the couldn’t find it in the drive thru so she had to go inside only to be meet with unprofessional associates because she no longer works there. She waited 15 mins before she was given the order and the food was disgusting. Nuggets so hard and cold they had to be from lunch and this was 10pm. Fries greasey, tasted of old grease and shoe leather. Only salvageable thing was the sweet tea!

The costumer service was horrible!! When the little worker brought food to my car she was not nice plus we ordered drinks but didn’t get those. Didn’t get napkins or straws and no sauce for the chicken nuggets. My friend had to go inside to get the rest of our order cause we had sat for like 5 mins waiting for the worker to bring our stuff. But she didn’t instead she was inside just hanging out and took some orders inside. By the time we got to eat our lunch it was cold.

I was in Warren for two weeks. I visit the town a few times a year. Last year I swore I wouldn’t eat there again from a number of bad experiences. After several trips to this Mcdonald’s this year, I have to say they have done a 180. The line may be long but moves quickly. Some staff smiles and is friendly and some don’t, but they get the job done effeciently. Management has done a great job and the staff seems to work as a team. Good job and keep it up.
