Went in to retrieve my online order. Not one employee greeted me nor asked me if I had been assisted. Finally, got my food and had to ask 4 times for my drink cups. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, large fries, a large Dr. Pepper. My friend ordered 2 cheeseburgers, NO mustard, large fries, and a large Dr. Pepper. Got to the car to eat, noticed there was mustard on BOTH of my friends burgers, the fries were cold and hard and most definitely were not the size of a large. Photos of my sandwich and “large” fries are attached. They are CONSISTENTLY terrible.

Very unpleasant experience. The cashier was rude and asked my wife to stop talking while she figured out how to operate the cash register. We should have walked out then but were hungry. Flies were everywhere – covering the windows and buzzing our food. The floors were slick and unclean. We ate our food and left quickly. This McDonalds restaurant is hands down the worst we have visited in our travels around the US.

Went to the McDonald’s De Queen the past few day the rudeness and attitude of the person taking the order this morning was unbelievable he couldn’t seem to get the order correct then when my husband tried to talk to him he just cut him off and wouldn’t talk to him. So when we got the order of course it was wrong. So had to wait to get it corrected good thing we checked before leaving. This is not a one time thing this happens quite a bit, and the person at the window wants to complain to us it’s been a afwl day so far, ok well I wanted to say sorry maybe change your attitude that my help oh and Thank you is what should be said instead of “Here you go” when handed our food.

We ordered at the kiosk. The bacon was left off of the orders, and they brought no drinks. I had to go back to the counter (where there was no line), but by the time I was asked what I needed, the baconless bacon/egg/cheese biscuits & pancakes were cold. It would have been nice to have been given a tray to carry 4 drinks and a container of bacon back to my table, or at least the server at the drink machine could have offered to carry something.
