The Good guy
I know nobody has high standards for fast food but your order should at least be correct. This McDonald’s is absolutely the slowest one I have ever been to. I don’t know if having two ordering lanes confused or overwhelms the employees taking the orders but it’s ridiculous. 9/10 times they have you pull up to a spot past the window so they can bring your order to you and it is ALWAYS wrong. You have to check your bags every single time. Any time I am missing items from my order, I have to go inside and wait at the counter forever before someone finally asks what I need. Once I tell them what I am missing, they argue about it and then start asking other employees to see if they put it in the bag. It’s extremely frustrating because you always hear them complaining about wanting to be paid more. You have to do the bare requirements of your job to even be considered for that and getting orders wrong every time is definitely not the way to accomplish that.

Absolutely terrible customer service from what I believe was the supervisor working the register(based on uniform). She was too concerned with talking to a friend that she screwed up our order and made no attempt to fix the mistake. This happened on Thursday, March 11th at around 12:45pm. The store wasn’t packed.

Service is ridiculously slow and the workers move around like a bunch if slugs. We didnt order a lot of food at all and after 30 minutes they still hadn’t made it. We left and went to sonic instead and got better food and didn’t take long.

This location must be franchise owned. They don’t have a quarter of what most McDonald’s offer. No 4 for 4s no McGriddles. Terrible to carry the name of McDonalds but refuse to offer the same food others do. Food is never good and customer service is not the best. Do not plan to come back. Waited
