Consistently gets orders wrong, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they expect you to leave without checking your food. Ordered a mcchicken with cheese on three different occasions was charged for the cheese but never got it. Sweet tea needs water, ice and tea because that is cup of syrup!!

I had one of the best experiences today. I visit this establishment often, as I work pretty close by and most of my experiences are positive, but today a sweet man came up to the window, I didn’t get his name but he had a lot of really cool tattoos. He made conversation with me and was very kind. I had even asked for some mayonnaise and they were unfortunately out of packets, he stepped to the back and filled a small box for me and it just made my day. Hopefully everyone is as kind to them as they have been to me!

I came here in the morning before work. The drive thru had a long line so I decided to order inside. The kiosks were not operating so I went to the register. I was the only person inside the lobby. An employee saw me there and said someone would be with me. 10 minutes later I was still standing there, the employees were only catering to the drive thru. Another 5 min later another person walked into the lobby and stood behind me. At that time, an unhappy employee came out, took my order then walked away knowing that there was someone behind me also wanting to order. After I ordered I did get my food quickly, but maybe too quick – when I checked my order the hashbown cold. I decided not to address it with the employees as I didn’t want to wait another 15min to be addressed by someone who looked miserable to be there. I do understand that they were busy with the drive thru and most likely short staffed so I’m giving 3 stars. The mcmuffin was good, but I probably won’t order breakfast at this location again. Btw, when I left, the person standing behind me was still waiting for someone to take her order.

This is a horrible location. Many people that work here including the managers are extremely rude, unprofessional, and do not know what they are doing. For one biscuit or drink you will wait 30+ minutes at least for it, and when you go through the drive thru something(s) is never right and you’ll be missing something from your order. They toss and shove bags at you. Rhonda is the manager, and she is extremely rude, and does not have the slightest clue on what she is doing, along with the other workers. Terrible and disgusting location.
