Well, growing up I was used to customer service with a genuine smile and encouraging words; such as Have a nice day or come again etc… Today, the food has improved some but needs to be freshly cooked and bring back the salads with a caring spirit and genuine smile. We need more to understand that customer service is caring about the customers needs. This makes you want to come back and have family gatherings at McDonald’s etc… Also, the managers need a lot of training because they treat their employees awful and embarrass them in front of customers. This is not professional and needs to be addressed. Have someone to go into all of the different McDonald’s (all shifts) then you will see where you need to make changes. I’m praying the McDonald’s team will learn to work together and not pick, discriminate, bully, gossip or cause confusion among one another. McDonald’s is a place of business and that’s all they need to be talking about is how to help one another and make McDonald’s a better place. Policy and procedures need to be talked about daily as well as encouraging the staff. How I know this because years ago I used to be a McDonald’s employee that went beyond to take care of my customers. I was also, being trained within the first three months I was there to be a manager. Until, I got another job offer I couldn’t resist to help take care of my family as a new divorce parent. I know the work can be done and each and every employee can do it if they work together with a purpose to improve themselves daily… God bless

Always great service! Most McDonald’s don’t focus on customer service but you can tell this location strives to stand out. 10/10 . There’s also a cool guy in the drive thru that rhymes when he talks to you and that’s awesome

This had to be the fastest I’ve ever gone thru the drive thru. All around great adventure, first my order was understood the first time i said it, i could hear and understand the voice from the speaker, rushed thru window 1 and before i got to the pickup window, my order was waiting for me. All the same quality, super speedy too.

All in all, the service is excellent unless you get the young man at the drive thru window who takes your money. He is always asking to “borrow” money or hinting that you give him money. The “borrowing” thing didn’t work. His definition of :borrowing” is to keep asking for more and NEVER offering to pay what he “borrowed”. Fool me once, yes but not twice!! Oh and STOP ASKING AND HINTING!! Any of my stars below a 4 are solely because of him! (Yes, I have complained to management and they have addressed it with him several times)

The folks are nice and polite which is very nice to see but we have not had one oder that was correct since 2021. It may be little things like today we asked for sides of mayo and ketchup. The dude handing us the bag even said it had me when catch up in it, but when we got the bag no Mayo but lots of ketchup. I have a son that doesn’t like to eat cheese on his hamburgers, they will have the ticket that says no cheese and sure enough you open up the hamburger and there’s cheese on it. Other times they’ll not put cheese on the wrong hamburger. Many times our order will just be short an item or two. Every time this happens I tell myself don’t get upset everybody has an off day, but these guys have an off day every single time you order. No, I don’t call and complain, its McDonald’s and thankfully we don’t eat there often and missing fries or nuggets is not worth getting someone in trouble just check and recheck your order!
