Terrible food no sauces no napkins, I’m not one to complain but This is next level bad. Nuggets look,taste and smell unappealing. They were out of sweet tea so I got sprite and that was probably the only thing I enjoyed out of my entire order. 3rd time I have tried this place each time has been worse than the last. Avoid this place.

The worst McDonalds. I work right around the corner from this location so I stop fairly frequently when I get tired of Chick Fil A. I’ve been at this job for 3 years & in the 3 years I’ve been coming to this location, I can’t recall a good experience at all. Everyone is always rude. I always say please & make sure to say “thanks have a good day” when I leave & they look at me like I’m crazy & shut the window. Or they give attitude when ordering. The past few months it’s gotten worse & I’ve tried to stop going there but this morning it was the most convenient stop for me, so I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit & a Dr Pepper to which the guy at the speaker box told me to slow down, I was speaking too fast. Then same situation, I say thank you & get nasty stares. Then go to eat my breakfast & they forgot the egg! After today, I’m officially done giving them a chance! Avoid this spot if possible!

This is the 2nd time I have come to this location and they were “closed”! Both times I did an online order through the McDonald’s app so they had to give me my food. Today when I went to pick up my order through the drive-through, the line was super long, so I tried to go inside and as I was coming out, a man told me not to go in there that, “The employees are really angry and they’ll make you go through the drive-through only”. After I was ignored for about 3 to 4 minutes by three employees, one of the workers told me it’s drive-through only. I explained that I was an online order and could I just pick it up inside and she told me “, “No, I had to go through the drive-through line. Now I have been sitting here for 10 minutes with one car in front of me. This has to be the worst location ever and I will never come back to this location again! Come on, let’s do better!

This place is absolutely horrible. First, the Dr. Pepper was out, which wasn’t a big deal, I asked them to change it and the guy said “Nah, it’s too heavy”. Pure laziness. Whatever. Got Sweet Tea. As I was leaving, I had 3 small cups and 2 large, I accidentally threw away one of the larges I was gonna refill. I ask for another one, this girl hands it to me and I was like Thank you as I grabbed it. She popped back at me with “What the hell she got an attitude for” I said excuse me. Then the manager was like I’ll deal with it. This girl DESERVES to be fired. I’ve never experienced any customer service like this. Just terrible.

This is not a good McDonalds. They put way too much sugar in their tea, and none of their other drinks ever taste right. They’re terrible. If you ask for a different drink, they will try to tell you “they are out” just so they don’t have to deal with you.
