Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it’s total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It’s advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given.

It’s McDonald’s, so the food is consistent. Service wasn’t the greatest, though. No smile with: “Welcome to McDonald’s”. Just a blank stare like I was interrupting their day by my visit. No: “Thank you. Have a nice day.” Maybe the guy was just having a bad day. That kind of lackluster attitude is common nowadays from McDonald’s, though. Unfortunately.

I paid for my drive through order using the app. They tried to make changes to my order after I already paid and said I had to pay again at the window. I told the drive through guy I already paid and he said that’s an app problem not his problem. I paid again and both orders charged my card. I tried to get a refund through the app and it says all refunds must be issued at that store location. I got ripped off because the worker said it’s not his problem it’s the apps. All they had to do was cancel my previous order before making changes.

Might as well just throw $13 on the counter and tell them give me what you want. You’re going to get my order wrong anyways! When you add bacon if they even put it on your sandwich they only give you one piece broken half. Or a few burnt slivers from the bacon container.
