Normally there is decent service at this location, but today was a different story. First of all, they never asked if I wanted to make an order, so I tried the kiosk since it was taking forever. I spent a few minutes trying to make my order on the kiosk just to find out the card reader is out of order, so I printed a receipt to pay at the register. I wait again for someone to acknowledge me and nothing. Suddenly two other customers come in and they suddenly jump to take their order. At this point I was fed up, so I left. I’m extremely disappointed in this location! I expect better if we decide to come back in the future!

The whole experience was awful from the start. The customer that was ahead of me was displeased with his coffee, and when we wanted to talk about it he was handed sugar and cream and then left standing there. Luckily for him, some other associate did make the correct coffee for the gentleman. We were unhappy that the cashier did not make our food order meals. She made the food order as individual items, which greatly affected the price. We waited for what seemed like forever to get our meals. The bread for our hamburgers was like rubber and the fountain drinks tasted strange. It’s McDonald’s so we didn’t expect a 5 star meal. But we are so disappointed we will never return to the Booneville location again.

This place is a joke. I literally have 600 plus on my card the girl at the window is a rude and talked to me like I was a dog. I showed my available balance in my checking and she said what u want me to do about it I can’t go get the money out of ur account. I asked them to check the readers because with my checking it will show me decline transactions. Her name is Alisa and another woman came to the window with attitude her name Amanda. Alisa gave me all my food and drink before she took my card then they took the food back after being handed out to me. It’s not my fault that the machine is not taking my card don’t disrespect me and say I don’t have money to pay for my food. This is B’s how customers get treated.i was disrespected and treated like trash. I have tried over and over to give this McDonald a chance but this was the last straw. I was served mold on my son McChicken before from this place. I think main bosses need to check up on this location.

For a McDonald’s inside a gas station, which seems the only fair benchmark to apply, it was quite good. Service was polite, if slow, and there were no issues with the food I ordered (it was if typical quality for the chain). There is little atmosphere and very little in realistic seating, but some seating exists and those tables, along with the rest of the restaurant, were clean.

Horrible customer service!!! I had to wait 10 mins for my order to be taken. Then I ask and they just stare at me and walk off. So then I continue to ask again and finally someone is will to take my order. But then once again the person taking my order was rude and acted careless about the situation!! Do better!!! And also got food poisoning from the food.
