I am sorry to say we won’t be going there again. We had to wait going on 10 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge us, and then they finally took our order. It seems that if you don’t use the app or are a drive though, you aren’t important. There were approx 15 employees there. The one who had to squeeze by us many times to deliver an order to a waiting car did not excuse herself once. There was no politeness from any staff. The food was just run of the mill McDonalds food. They were out of a specific patty for hamburgers. I used the app like always, and I still had to wait in the drive-thru line for about 10-12 mins. With only 4 cars in front. I didn’t receive a receipt when I asked. They couldn’t figure out how to print it. The location is good for traveling on I-40.

Not sure which time this was that I went but I remember ordering at drive through on break from work only after paying asked to pull over to a numbered parking space where u wait. Well I had to go back up to window explain I’m only on a break from work and ask why it was taking so long. The answer I received was “we want to apologize but we just now were able to put the chicken patty in the frier so that’s what we are waiting on.” I ended up just asking for a refund because it was taking to long I couldn’t be late for work. So they did that for me. I was thankful and made it to work on time broke speed limit just a bit.
