Came on a Monday evening, over 90 degrees outside,all the cars ahead and behind me were asked to park in random spots to wait. I’ve been waiting almost 15 mins in my car, the guy at the window is still directing people to park anywhere even though all the spots near the window are already taken with people waiting like me. There’s a poor girl coming up with food every so often, having to go around to all the cars to ask what they’re waiting on. Most bizarre and inconvenient situation.

For mcdonald’s that has been doing good, just gave an order outside that was for my friend she opened it up inspected it, gave it back and said this isn’t the right one. Then they rewrapped the sandwich and stuck it on the right tray that was for my friend.. after the previous person had already looked at it breathed on it .. who knows what else they do.. an addition to that no hair caps are being worn at this time and there are mad employees..

Quarter pounder was more than half raw. Fries were not very good (which was a huge disappointment) and the employee just threw the fries in the bag. And they didn’t know the difference between sweet and unsweet tea. Not me, but served a diabetic a sweet tea when he had ordered a regular tea.
