Rude. The floor appeared cleaner than the serving counter. I had to go inside to straighten my drive thru order out. I wont be going back there again. I had barely gotten a word out when the mgr said ‘the wind closed the drive thru window on me’ before i had even looked to check my order. They had omitted three items from my order. This place is in need of a remodel bad. Haven’t been there in a long time because of it not being nice so decided to give it a try again. It was just as I expected it to be and worse. It probly doesn’t help that I’ve helped on McDonald remodels in the past so the smell of grease and everything just turns my stomach there. The workers didn’t seem any too speedy or helpful either. I needed to get some ranch that they didn’t put in our order so I went and stood in line for 4-5 minutes just to get some ranch. Try at your own risk

We stopped here and had a quick lunch while on a 1400 mile drive. I never eat at McDonald’s and will never again. I had a quarter pounder. The image on the menu showed a burger with lettuce tomato cheese …. I ordered without cheese. When it came there was no lettuce or tomato. I went to the counter, no one was at it. I spoke to the young man cleaning the lobby. Suddenly a person in McDonald’s uniform who was apparently sitting in the dinning portion, scolds me and tells me that they do not have lettuce and tomato. They were very rude.

Food is as good as you can expect from a McDonalds. Staff not so much. Manager has a terrible attitude, not sure her name, people have bad days but it’s every visit that you encounter her and that seems to bleed over to the staff. It’s 1 of 2 fast food places, yet they’re somehow always shocked there’s customers and can’t seem to handle even a few cars in the drive thru. Also not a fan of being asked to pull to the parking lot, to wait for 30 minutes, then watching 6 cars leave from behind you, and it was just one meal. Not just once, every time. They may just top the list for worst McDonalds, if not worst fast food experience in general. Lucky for them there’s no real competition in town.
