The entire morning staff today was so rude I wanted to leave and go elsewhere. They all need to learn manners and how to properly work in a people environment. Giving dirty, looks attitudes, stomping feet and either one word or no word answers isn’t how you treat customers. Also the bun tasted weird and was burnt. 0/5 is the rating they should have but I’m forced to give 1/5.

Forgot cheese on the 1 of 2 cheeseburgers. Also had no BBQ sauce for nuggets. Soda had a nasty plastic taste. They were nice when I returned to the restaurant as my kid couldn’t eat dry nuggets as we drove.

Me and my girlfriend went through here to get some coffee, my iced Carmel coffee had grounds at the bottom. Asked them nicely to fix it and they went inside and sent another person out with the same exact cup Full of grounds at the bottom. It wasn’t even busy so why they couldn’t be bothered to just fix it is besides me. As someone who works in food service this is not acceptable.

Went to get a frappe and as usual the machine was being cleaned. Then they lied and said it would be a 10-15min wait so I said I’d wait and when they found that I would wait it out they changed the wait time to 40mins. When I called to speak to the manager, She told me the machine only gets cleaned once a week. Which I hope is another lie. I asked her to come outside to to talk to me as I was in the curbside waiting and she refused. This is typical of my experience at this location. They are always out of product or refusing to make it for you with one excuse or another. They still owe me 4 apple pies because if you show up with them only having an hr to close they won’t make them. Probably takes and hr as well.

Its MCD food thats the same, service is good, drive thru is fast. But the dining area is so badly laid out it all feels so cramped inside. You’re basically paying in the main entrance and the entrance to the restroom. Recommend just ordering in drive thru instead.
