Was very disappointed with service I received tonight. The young man that took my order was very polite, but not very knowledgeable. I had a decent size order that included three frozen fantas. After I already ordered and sat down waiting I heard a lady (I assume the manager) tell the young man he can’t sell any frozen drinks. Machine is down. I thought well I wonder what they will do with my order? They called my number, I went up to grab my food, but there where no drinks. I waited paitently for 5 minutes then finally another lady came up and asked if I needed help. I replied, yes I didn’t get my drinks. (2 lrg dr peppers, 2 strawberry Fantas, 1 blue raspberry Fanta). She said “well our frozen machine is down, so I guess you will have to just get reimbursed” then walked on. I paitently waited a other 5 minutes then the first lady came back and just gave me cups for regular drinks. I got my drinks, loaded up everythingband got home to find I didn’t even get all my food I ordered. Just disappointing!

We used the drive-thru… The young lady (teenager) that took our order and worked the first window wasn’t very friendly at all…especially when taking our order. Then we get to the first window, where she was working…she continued to be unpleasant, no matter how friendly we were. Our total was $8.32 and I gave her $20.32 which only made her attitude worse. I mean, she acted like it was the end of the world as she stomped off to get a manager to explain to her why I gave her the .32cents. But then we got to the 2nd window and the gentleman (probably early 30’s) working there was extremely friendly, he gave us our drinks and talked with us like we were old friend while waiting on our food… When we got our food, as always, I opened the bag to make sure it was correct before driving off and I noticed that their was 2 orders of fries with our sandwiches. I handed him the bag back and told him we didn’t order fries. Now before I go on, let me remind you…we never complained or even said a word about the young lady’s attitude. But still, his response was “no ma’am you did not, but, you also didn’t order a bad attitude” he then asked if we needed any ketchup or other sauce and wished us a good day. My only regret was not getting his name so I could praise him properly!!! Keep up the hard work sir
