Ordered at drive thru Chand l er, OK. Grill slip #1228. No cheese only. Was asked to pull up as they were waiting on fresh fries. Not only 2 slices if cheese. Super sloppy w/mayo. But fries were cold. So why did they young lady w all face piercings have me pull up. I know better. It won’t happen again. FYI know live 5 miles from store but nothing should have been that cold.

Gave up after waiting 6 minutes in the drive thru. Went inside told the presumably manager on the headset one of their lanes was not moving just looked at me said nothing. Stood inside no one on the front counter they just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. So basically can’t expect much from a store they are going to close permanently.

Drive thru nightmare….They didn’t ask if I was using my app to order. They acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I gave them the number from the app. Got a BOGO 10 piece nuggets, a LG tea and a LG ice water. They messed up on the discount and over charged me. I paid, pulled up to 2nd window, the girl was very rude and said pull forward we’ll bring it out. Basically tossed my drinks to me and closed the window. I parked at 651pm. At 721pmi finally called them and told them I still hadn’t gotten my order and I’m sure that 15 or so cars went thru. What was the issue? They asked if I was in stall one, I said yes. They asked if I had the nuggets, I said yes. Then the girl brought my order out, no napkins at all and apologized about the wait and gave me an apple pie. Wow, an apple pie for over 30 minutes waiting. A refund would have been better. And the nuggets were half cold, half old and half fresh. The fries were greasy and no salt. I won’t be going back there again.

Every single time I order a $1 large fry I receive half full large fry at best. It’s like these people think they are paying for the fries themselves. From here on out I will be complaining in person. If I wanted a small or medium fry I would order that. If McDonald’s doesn’t want me ordering a $1 large fry then they should remove it from their app. Anyone paying full price for a large fry (almost $4) should definitely be outraged if they receive an order like the one pictured.
