I was charged for a McFlurry and was then told that the machine was closed and I would be refunded and this never happened. My double quarter pounder came out with only one patty and had so much mayo that it was not edible and had to be thrown away.

Disgusting!! The restaurant is horribly maintained. Not a clean table in the whole place. The floor hasn’t been cleaned. The bathroom is awful. Several team members just leaning on the ice cream machine but no one can come out to clean. The food was dehydrated, way over heated. The drinks haven’t carbonation. Terrible experience, can’t enjoy it with the kids.

On Sunday night, I encountered a peculiar incident with the individual responsible for distributing food. Regrettably, there was an absence of greeting or verbal exchange during the food handout, which left a cold and unwelcoming impression, detracting from an otherwise satisfactory take out experience. While the individual taking orders displayed exceptional service I must say that the person handing out food could benefit from improving their customer service skills by at least greeting us.

This was one of the rudest experiences I have ever had. First, Destiny was extremely rude while taking my order after having to repeat my order times. I’m unsure why it was so hard for her to understand the spicy chicken sandwich combo with a sweet tea. She continued to get frustrated and give me attitude over her inability to take a fast food order. After telling her my drink order, she was silent for a while until I had to ask if she heard my last item. Her response, with as much attitude as she could possibly give was, “Is that it?”. After pulling to the window and asking for a manager, the man there told me he was the manager. I expressed what happened, and all he could say was sorry. Not I’m sorry, not we apologize for the experience, just, oh well, sorry. After pressing him to speak to the actual store manager Aaron appeared, who offered to give me my order and would talk to his staff. I was on my lunch break and didn’t actually get anything. This is now acceptable behavior, apparently.

This has to be one of the worst McD staffs I’ve seen to in a while. All of the tables were dirty, the staff would not acknowledge me or others. I tried to turn in a purse that had been left by the previous occupant of our table and the guy just stared at me until I just set the purse on the counter. Then we mobile ordered for table delivery so our kids could play and sat and waited for our food for 20 mins. Turns out the food was ready, they just left it on the counter and assumed we would find it ourselves. The only reason this gets 2☆ is they miraculously got our order correct.

Beautiful updates to the inside of the restaurant but i ordered a meal for curb side pickup and no one ever delivered my food. After 15 minutes of waiting i went inside and there was no one at the counter. Staff from drive thru glared at me but no one came over.After 5 minutes someone came over in a frustrated mood and threw my food in a bag. Not good service

I asked for freshly baked , not microwaved, cookies and they microwaved them again. This has happened at this McDonalds every time! Freshly baked cookies are very hot and flat but when they microwave them the cookies are puffy and warm. I have had countless problems with this McDonalds so I usually go to the Cross Timbers.

We stop by here tonight to grab some food on the way back to the house. The food was not ready and we were asked to pull to the first parking spot to wait. We grab the food and went on to the house. When we open a food about three minutes later the hamburger was ice cold and the french fries were hard and dry. Really…?!?! The failure of workers who are too lazy to make new french fries and hamburgers. Look at these “large french fries”..!! Shown below in photos. There’s just a few hard and cold fries in here. Ordered four fish sandwiches, three singles, and one double got four singles. Found out when I got home 15 miles away. Did the self-service order thing. I was the only person in there waiting for their order, but it took 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. They were too busy with the drive thru and online orders.
