Went through the drive thru and my niece got an ear pad from yall head sets in her happy meal. I don’t know how y’all are able to do that. When we called, the manager guy seemed unfazed and unapologetic. We couldn’t go back because we were on a time crunch. Nice to know we are getting a side of ear wax with our meals. Gross.

Every now and then I’ve been visiting this location the past 8 years. I can say the wait time of the food has dramatically got much faster. Still a little wait time but much faster than it was compared to a couple of years ago. Staff could be a little more friendly though.. especially when dealing with little kids.

i had a mobile order and the lady said that i had to have a code but the app never gave on so i just said mobile order for my name then she’s like we need a code and I’m like it didn’t give me a code. It only shows my receipt so I proceeded to show her my receipt and she’s like well we can’t do anything we can’t give you your food unless you have a code. so I say I don’t know what you want me to do because it didn’t give me one and then she’s like well. We don’t see anything in our system and I know you can look in the system because I have a work at a fast food, restaurant and managers can look in the system to find any order, so I was genuinely confused then she’s like oh we do have this one order and she was like is this yours and I’m like well I guess ‍♀️ Didn’t tell me what was on the order or anything. The bad service at this McDonald’s just keeps on repeating itself and I do not recommend coming up to this McDonald’s ordering food at all. Keep your money and drive down the street to the Colony McDonald’s.

Left without ordering. We waited in line at least 15-20 mins. And there wasn’t a car in front of us and 2 in the other lane…either our lane was closed and they didn’t put a cone out to block it or they were just skipping that side because there was a car at the speaker when we pulled up but I don’t know if they got frustrated and drove off like we did since we can’t see around the building at the speakers. We drove to another location on 423 and were in and out of the drive thru in no time and drove back the McDonald’s on our way back home and the lines were backed up so long we were glad we left. There are ALWAYS issues with wait times even if you order your food ahead of time…you still sit and watch them clear out the drive thru lines several times before they even bring your order out to you. We never go at busy times either because we eat at different times than most people eat lunch and dinner so if we eat out at fast food places we arrive at dead times.

We usually have the 20 piece chicken Mc nuggets on a regular basis. Recently we have noticed it has stopped tasting anything like chicken rather it’s like eating fried bread nuggets without any taste of chicken to them. With the price increase and quality decreased better to go somewhere else. Will update if there is any improvement in coming weeks.
