When I ordered my food, I specifically asked for fresh fries for both meals on top of no ice in my drinks Logan Paul there’s ice in my drinks, and when I get to the window eat, my fries are not fresh. Great experience coming to this McDonald’s. I commend the manager Raquel and her team for their customer service, attention, and cleanliness. This McDonald’s did not accept my BOG (Be our Guest) card. The General manager had told me it was fake. Little did she know I work at a different McDonald’s where we got these cards delivered to us. After I let her know it from the store I work at and definitely not fake. she still refused to accept it. I went to another McDonald’s and got to use it without an issue.
