This MacDonald’s is located right inside Dallas downtown. One can experience very great view of Dallas downtown skyscrapers from here. Parking is bit hard to find here as this place has small parking. However there is paid parking just adjacent to this place which can be used.

My son and I drove to this McDonald’s after an appointment in Downtown Dallas. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper mixed with regular Dr Pepper. I was informed that they can’t mix the drinks like that. They do it every other McDonald’s I’ve gone to. I asked very politely to speak to the manager. He was rude condescending and acted like we were bother to him. He said they don’t do that there. I told him again very politely they do it at every other McDonald’s I go to, which by the way is frequent. He simply said we don’t. I will never make the same mistake again. This is a horrible McDonald’s and I would suggest you go anywhere else. Their attitude and service is in the toilet. And they are extraordinarily rude.

Honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I wish I knew his name. But they guy behind the counter was checking on everyone. Keeping the homeless from harassing us outside. My order took a while so he gave me a free drink. You can tell they all like working there. As well as working with each other. Good vibes all around. I was impressed. I’ll be back just for him.

Just left.. ordered a McDouble $3.50 deal with no onions and a 6 piece nugget $3.50 deal/no sauce and a large coke… it took a good 15 mins to get my mask from the third windows.. fries are as hard as cardboard but hot… sooo they were left in the fryer too long, nuggets were COLD and SOGGY and the burger had onions on it… I just wanted a good unhealthy snack and ended up with nothing but a coke that I can put in my mouth..

Went through the drive thru to order LG coffee. Waited about 5 min with other cars ahead. Got the coffee. Super hot, but really old bitter tasting regular coffee. Like it was sitting for hours on the burner. Don’t recommend buying coffee in the afternoon there. No available parking or would have ordered more.

Waited close to 15 mins for a Big Mac meal to be ready…. The server didn’t wanna be there you could tell, no smile and not even calling out the order numbers when they were ready. And it was a meal so had a drink and she didn’t even give me a cup. I had to ask for it.

Okay burgers and good drinks. Ordered the quarter punder which was a bit dry. Drive thru is a hit or miss, sometimes you find yourself waiting 5 minutes, other times 15 minutes. Parking is a bit tricky, you either have to paralell or pull in.
