Food is always great at McD but the service and the atmosphere is horrible , people in the store don’t care about customers , when I walked in with my wife and kids the lady at the counter told me to use the kiosk if I am paying with credit card as they don’t seem to work and take orders through the counter unless you pay cash. The store was kept dirty as well.

The male store manager ALEX is the rudest human I have ever experienced in my life and he threatened me by saying he was going to get my license plates to report me because I wouldn’t leave his drive thru without what I paid for. I go to this location every morning before work and he is the only person I ever have problems with. He is rude to his employees as well as they shared this with me today when I experienced him for myself . I would NEVER go to this location again and it’s very unfortunate seeing as though this is the location in my neighborhood.

Only mcdonald’s by my house and it’s HORRIBLE. I’ve gone about 3 times and every time i went no one answered the speaker and the employees at both windows basically just mumbled and gave me attitude the whole time. could barely figure out how their own mobile orders work. I couldn’t even understand what they were saying either pretty sure the guy at the second window was high on something. if you’re going to hire teenagers at least make sure they can talk.

I had a mobile order and they didn’t bother getting my code. I go up to the first window and they give me weird looks and tell me I can keep going so I guess I won’t get a receipt but whatever. When they hand me the food it’s not the right order. the manager is the one who handed it to me and had an attitude and when I waited for her to open the window back up to get the correct order and she was annoyed asking if I was doordash. I said no I had a mobile order and she started telling everyone else about what was happening as if I was making a big deal of it and then handed me a different bag that said doordash on it. I had to wait for her to open the window again because apparently it was so difficult and she just decided to argue with me so i had to end up taking the first bag which was wrong just to have something.Just all around rude and unwelcoming.

Worst Mc.Donald’s ever! These people have no brains and are rude! Girl taking orders at the drive thru kept cutting me off while trying to order. They had me pull into a parking spot for 2 $3 cheeseburger bundles. They guy bringing the orders to cars brought the wrong order to my car 3 times after I had told him the first 2 times what we had ordered. I finally went into the restaurant after waiting at least 15 minutes for the correct order. They were just bagging it up. Yikes… horrible experience

Last time I went, I ordered the 3$ bundle meal, which went up to 3.50 now. And I also ordered a McChicken. When I got my food there was barely any fries in the bag, I didn’t receive my double cheeseburger with my Meal and my McChicken and fries were old. Van Alstyne’s McDonald’s is always fresh. I flipped a b*+ch so quick, and went back to talk to the manager who wasn’t very pleasant to speak with. She didn’t even apologize for the worst service ever! I will not be going back to the Anna McDonald’s ever again. They really need to step up their game. Plus it always smells like poo inside. Pretty gross
