Make sure to check your bags before you leave the store. We went inside the restaurant to order, and tried to use our code to redeem 4500 points for some fries. We ordered that with 2 double cheeseburgers ($3.50 each)with bacon, 2 hot n spicy mcchickens, and a large drink. When we saw the total, it included the price of the fries. We asked to have the cashier use our points, which he said there was something going on with the system and went to get the manager. She told us the code which we had given to the cashier was “only for the drive through” and we were out our points. The cashier never brought this up to us the entire time through the transaction. The manager insisted we pay for the fries instead, and we had to argue to get our free fries, which we used our points for! After some back and forth, she finally allowed the cashier to discount the fries from the total, also commenting “I don’t have time for this”. When we had opened the “double cheeseburgers”, we discovered it was only a single patty, with no bacon. My fiancé asked to simply have them cook some bacon and bring it to us so we could put it on our burgers ourselves. They sent another employee to come out and charge us for the bacon, which we had already paid for. It became a whole mess, arguing back and forth to just try to get the order we wanted, or at very least paid for. When we finally got it handled, we started to leave the restaurant. I checked the receipt, and noticed they charged us for an upsize drink on one “meal” and an additional charge for another large drink. We weren’t even given our cups. We went back in to get our drinks, and they were going to give us the three on the receipt. The issue with this was that 1, we only wanted two, and 2, we don’t have enough room in our car. We simply asked for a refund for one of the drinks, which became another issue. The cashiers couldn’t do it themselves, and had the manager come out again to help them. She came out and had a bad attitude, and finally refunded us some money back. Then she had the audacity to ask us to bring the burgers back to them. (Which I know for a fact they would have thrown in the trash)

Amazing young lady helped us out big-time! My poor sick kiddo was in the car and was SO excited to get McDonalds for breakfast, but she couldn’t make change for my bill. I had no other way to pay at the moment. She paid for our food and my son was SO happy. He said he was surprised to see kindness because most people aren’t. Thank you Ma’am I wish I got your name!!! ☺️

Most orders that I order have been incorrect. I have gone back to have the order to be corrected. The employees (no manager present) – argued with me even after seeing my bag and receipt. They may have been busy? This is understandable. The staff is so rushed, they make mistakes and seem very unhappy. This leads the customer away. Please help your new employees gain confidence and SMILE!

This branch does not maintain their equipment. They have been saying for months that their machine for a shake is broken. We have gone through the drive through several time and they’re always out of certain menu items and usually get the order incorrect. Poor poor management!
