Order was wrong again and literally smashed, squished, into a disc more than a burger, bun and all. Didnt take pics, we were starving from driving across TX all day. Oh…. They had to “find” my order. I ordered curbside, patiently waited for 3 burgers, a mcchicken, and a basket of fries for about 15 mins. I understood they were busy, but then the app stated that I received my order. Drove my food back for a refund! The burger speaks for itself, plus it was cold. Note the cheese. I complained about the fish sandwich and two different ladies at the same time was telling me how it only comes with a half piece of cheese. Can’t really see here but i didn’t even get that! You have to order and get charged for a whole piece! And surly they don’t sell enough of these to keep in warmer, not fresh. Worst experience at this location by far. And I’ve had a lot here. I will drive to the loop from now on. If people in Whitehouse would stop coming here maybe they would straighten up. Costumer service this visit was nonexistent!

This is the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 25 minutes to get to the menu board. Staff started taking my order, said they lost the last car and they’d be right back. 10 mins later can’t back to take order. The worker didn’t even know that there was a $10 special on the nuggets. Drove off and got up the block and felt my good, it was lukewarm. Very unhappy.

Not sure what happened to this place but it went downhill fast. And DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, unless you have an hour to wait. This place needs a staff change out quick. Just go to Tyler or any other restaurant in Whitehouse. $10 bucks is not worth getting angry or sick too many other places to spend that and get great service.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever gone to! It started with the kid giving me attitude when I was ordering. Then, it took over 30 minutes to get my food. I didn’t even receive all of my food or kid’s drinks. All of the food tastes like it’s a day old. Just an absolute waste of money and time! I will never go back to this store!!

Absolutely the worst service ever. Sit in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes and their dining room is closed. They should be able to serve faster than that. Plus the food is cold when you get it.
