Walked in to get breakfast and was hit in the face with a wave of heat!!! We ate and it was good, very friendly service, BUT to sit in a hot house to eat is unacceptable! What is even worse is the conditons these workers are working in with NO AIR! That is something of a 3rd world country! This is the US. Fix the air for your employees! McDonalds should be ashamed! I will be calling corp. and making it known to all that will listen what the work environment is like for the employees in this store! Shameful!!!

It says it’s open 24 hours, however don’t waste your time going past around midnight or 1AM, they won’t serve you for whatever reason they make up that night. They also don’t give out free water at all, not even to paying customers, which makes me want to leave a 1 star review instead of a 2 star. I’d love to get a response from the owner as to why they don’t offer free water at all to paying customers? Taco Bell right down the street does. It’s hot, we’re in Texas, your employees don’t speak to the customers usually. Give us water!

Was with my sister and she has hearing problems well she asked them to say please repeat theirself and the boy there immediately got an attitude and then switched over to a lady who had an attitude and back to the boy again. Very fast service. I ordered a big Mac. And 10 piece nuggets I had my food within 2 minutes. The young woman Melissa is very good at her job and she deserves a raise. Kinequa is also very good at what she does . Both of these women deserve promotions. They were kind, courteous, and very fast. They move like the speed of God! I came there to get some dinner after work. The cashier was preoccupied in her phone when I arrived at the window. I asked for fresh fries. The fries I got the first time we’re old. When I asked again the second batch was cold and stale. Took 3 times to get it corrected. My nuggets were warm and I was not asked about what sauce I wanted. Only to find out once I arrived home I was given one bbq sauce. If I ever go back it will be a while
