I rarely come to Cleburne, but I needed a quick meal, so I stopped at this McDonald’s for a burger. I asked for extra pickles. I received two pickles. I guess you only get one pickle with a regular order?

After placing a large group order via the mobile app, our order was lost. Told that the order would be reconciled I waited in the store for over 20 minutes before receiving a phone message stating that the order was cancelled. Management could care less and did not offer to even fill a new order. I went to Braums and received excellent service.

Service is absolutely atrocious. Wait at the counter 15 minutes for a refill after being stared at and walked past a half dozen times. Kids standing aound in the kitchen socializing taking priority over customer service. Finally got my refill only after a doordasher behind me scolded a kid that walked past us for the 6th time. No smile, no “sorry for your wait”, just slammed dowm the cup before disappearing back into the kitchen again. Definitely won’t be going back to that horrible location again.

My family and I had just ordered food here through drive through. I’m the middle of our order the girl doing drive through kinda yelled at us saying “that’s not a meal” and kept repeating “I hate my job”. Then she asked some one to finish the order because I can’t tonight. We had my nephew with us in the car and he was confused on what was going on and said “auntie thought this was a family friendly place?” I work in food my self. I know it can be aggravating and frustrating but you don’t say those things when your headset is on where your customers can hear you. And you definitely don’t yell or scream at your customers. It doesn’t look good on you and it doesn’t look good on the restaurant. She was rude from the time she started talking all the way to that point. And it wasn’t right. Some thing needs to be done about this.

Ordered curbside at this location by accident. When I called to ask for a refund so I could place the order at the right location (while sitting in the parking lot) she refused with a great deal of attitude. She also told me I should have “checked my app location better” and that my only option was to come pick up the food despite the fact it would have been sitting for well over 30 minutes by the time I would have gotten home to my son to eat. When I asked for her name, she {again very rudely} refused to tell me even her first name, but did clarify she is a supervisor there. I realize you don’t expect a lot from McDonald’s, but they could have simply refunded our measly $9 order and we wouldn’t be here.
