Wish I could place a 0 start review. Never had any problems with this location until today. Started with the drive thru. Asked the cashier to correct the order 3 times and it was like she wasn’t hearing me. Then pulled up to the window, paid for the order as she stated it was corrected, upon receiving the receipt, it was still wrong. Spoke with the manager, and then got everything corrected and paid the difference. Upon arriving home, take the first bite and get a piece of long hair. At this point my time is worth more than going back for a $6 refund. Just very disappointed with the overall experience today, and this type of service is extremely unacceptable. Just be careful when going here and make sure to check your food before consuming.

Never received any order from this location that was even close to quality. Paid extra multiple times for items that were not received or were not approaching decent standards. Have thrown away more than 2 meals without eating because of poor quality. This location needs a boss and supervisor. Very disappointed over all multiple fair attempts. Please respect others’ money during inflation and do not waste their money on your poor service.

Last two times I have gone this location they forgot the toy in my Grandson’s Happy Meal. Makes a kid sad. Then I did an app order and there was no ice cream when I got there. However I was unable to get a refund for the ice cream.
