There is absolutely NO customer service what so ever. Stood for several minutes waiting for an employee to take our order. Several had passed by the front counter with no acknowledgement. Not even someone will be right with you. When my order came up 11 minutes later. I asked for the cup that came with the meal. Kid has an attitude of handing me a cup. Please do better than teenagers that don’t want to work. Lack of management and supervision. The only person that seems to be in a supervisory position has her two kids in the play area. No other adult is with them. She brought them an ice cream cones.

I just want to shout out the night crew that worked last night. Even though I pulled up around 11:40, the girl at the register was still super nice. Not only did she double check my order, she also didn’t have an attitude about changing my order at the window or taking my app code last minute. The other girl who handed me my sundae, had a nice smiling face. While I did have to wait a lil while, it was worth it. My sandwich was hot and fresh and my fries were too! More importantly, the ice cream machine wasn’t down even though they were about to close. I don’t know the names of the crew members that worked tonight but I do know they definitely need a raise

This review is really not about the restaurant itself but it’s about the cardi B offset meal. I will have to say I was very disappointed in the meal itself. Not gonna spend a whole lot of time on this review. I just wish I would have spent my fifteen dollars on something that I really wanted off the menu. Stopped in for just a small soda and a bathroom break. Careful, men. If you are going to do a #2, make sure your shorts don’t get dipped in the piss covered floor. Clearly people haven’t been potty trained well enough or just have aiming issues. Disgusting.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The staff is literally teenagers cussing and on their phones and the only adults are just as bad. They stand around while I waited for them to take my order. The lobby itself is disgusting employees preparing food without gloves. And they also give you a time limit on how long you can dine in. If you can avoid I would.

Fries were fresh! Trying to order at the drive through was like trying go draw blood from a stone. Order was mostly correct and had we have gone by the script by the girl was taking the order we wouldn’t have had any meals or options of. The second girl & final kid (young black man) were both extremely polite & really improved the experience. Next time I’d go further into town for a more pleasant experience. Those taking the order set the tone for rest of the experience

The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. I’ve had a couple orders that were wrong and they are always willing to fix it very quickly. The drive through is alittle slow at night but that’s typical since it’s dinner time in a semi congested area. Overall I’m very satisfied with the restaurant and will continue to come back.

This place is absolutely terrible, I go because it’s right next door to my house, however the last 6 times I went, they completely messed my order up. Which is actually insane considering how slow the drivethru moves, you have so much time to go over it and make sure it’s right. I order the exact same thing everytime I go, Triple Cheese ONLY PICKLE and a large fry, simple, right? Not for them apparently. I work in the food industry, it’s not a hard job, so why the hell can’t they do one thing right, and that’s make the food how it’s supposed to be made. What if I was allergic to onions and still got them? They can kill someone like this. They should be ashamed. They actually have to be some level of stupid to mess up every single time.

So, my husband is allergic to ketchup. I ordered a burger with no ketchup, no onions. I told the lady at the window that he is allergic so please don’t put it near his burger. When I got the burger, there was no ketchup on it but there was ketchup all over the inside of the box. I took the burger back in just to have it remade. I didn’t have an attitude, at that time, anything because that’s not my personality. Plus, I’ve worked on fast food in the past and I fully understand that mistakes happen. Anyway, the manager on duty just happened to be the worker who addressed me and I explained to her what happened. She goes to the food line workers and explain the situation. This little preak in the photo in the red and white shirt says, “why come to McDonald’s?” So, my response was, “everything at McDonald’s does not have ketchup on it.” The preak then states, “don’t get a hamburger, make your own. ” Needless to say, I am LIVID and the manager said nothing to him. Don’t spend your money at the McDonald’s on Knights Way in Harker Heights!!!
