Amazing, pleasant, excellent experience. The manager, Laura, was helpful, professional and super friendly. Clean store, clean bathrooms, clean play area. Next time you are in China Springs, do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald’s.. Compared to the many McDonald’s in Waco., this store is a shining star, an excellent example of what all McDonald’s stores should strive to be.

Consistent upset!! I go to mds quite often and this location never seems to fail at ticking me off. Constant menu changes, especially on the bundle deals. One day they have one thing tomorrow it’s gone or a new worker doesn’t know how to ring up the order or the bundle correctly. Fries are almost never fresh, burgers are sloppily thrown together. Long waits at times for nothing. Just today I waited about 7mins for just a small drink…the lady was handing me my food and was like oh wait…just waiting on the drink and took my food back in the window and i just sat I guess until the small drink was ready smh!!….I will NOT!! be returning to this location EVER!. I’d rather drive the distance to another location!

Food Burnt. Long wait and it was horrible every burger looked this way or worst. This burger was opened because the taste was off ,once I saw this I was throughly disgusted. The fries were over salted. And looked to be twice cooked. I know that McDonald’s is not a 5 star restaurant so I never have that expectation but this is ridiculous.
