Ordered through the mobile app. Staff had me pull forward and wait almost 20 minutes while 5 cars were served before me. I was given a double QP and a upsize on my fries for the wait but after arriving home, I found that the second patty they “gifted” me with was raw on the inside all the way through making the entire burger inedible and contaminated. The fries were also practically inedible as they were solid and what seemed to be stale. This isn’t my first issue with this McDonald’s location as I have had to wait very long amounts of time in the drive through in the past. Once almost 50 minutes after already ordering and paying. I do not recommend to anyone that doesn’t potentially want to get food poisoning.

Ordered a strawberry shortcake mcflurry because the pictures I saw looked good… what I got was pathetic. The cup was half full with ice cream, wasn’t even full, and was basically just vanilla soft serve. This mcdonalds is a joke. The drive thru always takes forever. Don’t get in line if you’re in a hurry.

This location ALWAYS makes you park for the easiest orders. Chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger happy meal and I’m sitting here parked waiting 10 minutes. It’s not hard to drop food to keep up with demand but they can’t seem to get it right at this location.

I took my granddaughter for a special treat day and her choice was McDonald’s. We had a tasty lunch, she ate every bit of her kids meal (unusual). She was pleased with her toy. I haven’t had a burger there in years! I was pleased, very tasty! We will be back. We went to the new one one Bryant Blvd.

I ordered a sausage,egg and cheese mcgriddle Monday on my way to work. When I get to my office I noticed it was an English muffin. I ate it. Tuesday I went through the drive through and never had anyone take my order while the other lane had 4 peoples orders taken. I went to Burger King and had a loaded croissant.

Third time in a row I received horrible service. Twice it was the same issue, waited over 20 mins to get my food from the drive thru. I ordered. Paid. And then was told to pull to the front spot 1….then the wait begins. I see all the cars at the drive thru place orders and leave, I see patrons coming in and ordering food and walking away. I place the most simplest orders ever (no changes to the order) yet I have to wait 20 mins, twice! Then I get the wrong order…seriously. This has got to be the worst McDonalds ever. And majority of the workers are unapologetic. I’d suggest not coming to this one. And here I thought whataburger was horrible.

When one thing goes wrong, it all goes wrong. But I appreciate the kindness and the politeness of the staff as they corrected the issue. I am pleased they are trained to give fresh fries when there is an order error. It would be helpful if also empowered to give free food or refunds when a drive thru order has more than a 15 minute wait.
